This antibody detects endogenous levels of total Arrdc4.
Target Information
ARRDC1, ARRDC2 (which exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms), ARRDC4, and ARRDC5 are arrestin domain-containing proteins encoded by genes located on human chromosomes 9, 15, and 19.
Chromosome 9 contains approximately 145 million base pairs, representing about 4% of the human genome and encoding nearly 900 genes.
Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and familial dysautonomia, both associated with vascular and neurological defects, are linked to chromosome 9.
