For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Prolyl hydroxylase domain proteins HIF PHD1, HIF PHD2, and HIF PHD3 (known as PHD1, PHD2, and PHD3 in rodents) hydroxylate HIF-alpha subunits.
Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) acts as a transcriptional regulator crucial for oxygen homeostasis.
HIF PHD1, encoded by EGLN2 on chromosome 19q13.3, serves as a cellular oxygen sensor and regulates cell growth.
It is expressed widely, with the highest levels in testis, and found in hormone-responsive tissues such as mammary, ovarian, and prostate epithelium.
