Target Information
HNRNPA0는 핵 내에서 발현되는 heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) A/B 서브패밀리에 속합니다. hnRNPs는 RNA 결합 단백질로서 heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA)와 복합체를 형성하며, pre-mRNA 가공 및 mRNA 대사와 수송에 관여합니다. 일부 hnRNPs는 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동하며, 각각 고유한 핵산 결합 특성을 가지고 있습니다. HNRNPA0 단백질은 RNA 결합 quasi-RRM 도메인 두 개와 glycine-rich C-말단을 포함합니다.
