Target Information
IL-27은 IL-12 패밀리에 속하는 이형이합체 단백질로, p40 관련 단백질 EBI3와 IL-12p35 관련 단백질 p28(IL-30)로 구성됩니다. 활성화된 항원제시세포(APCs)와 성숙한 수지상세포에서 생성되며, NK 세포와 naive CD4+ T 세포에 작용합니다.
IL-27은 WSX-1/gp130 수용체에 결합하여 JAK1, STAT1, STAT3 경로를 활성화하고, Th1 반응 개시에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 T-bet 발현을 유도하고 GATA-3를 억제하여 Th1 분화를 조절합니다.
최근 연구에 따르면 IL-27은 강력한 항종양 활성을 가지며, CTL 활성 증가, 종양 성장 억제 및 신경모세포종의 완전 퇴행을 유도할 수 있습니다.
