Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an endoplasmic reticulum membrane oxidoreductase with FAD-binding and flavodoxin-like domains. The protein binds FAD and FMN cofactors, enabling electron transfer from NADPH to microsomal P450 enzymes.
Mutations in this gene are associated with disorders such as combined P450C17 and P450C21 deficiency, amenorrhea, disordered steroidogenesis, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and Antley-Bixler syndrome.
