Target Information
Alpha-1-AT (SERPINA1)는 간에서 합성되며, 트립신, 엘라스타제, 키모트립신, 콜라게나제, 류코시틱 프로테아제, 플라스민, 트롬빈 등과 같은 프로테아제의 억제제로 작용합니다. Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 분해하여 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종)과 드물게는 유아 간경변증 및 신생아 호흡곤란 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다. Alpha-1-AT는 조직 괴사 및 염증 시 급성기 반응 단백질로 증가하며, 류머티즘 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암종증 등에서 혈청 농도가 상승합니다.
