Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended product: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MALT1 (Paracaspase) is a member of the human paracaspase family and an interacting partner of B-cell lymphoma (Uren et al., 2000).
MALT1 is a caspase-like protein containing an N-terminal death domain, two Ig-like domains, and a C-terminal caspase-like domain.
It binds to Bcl10 through its Ig-like domains and cooperates with Bcl10 to activate NF-κB.
