Anti-Histone H3 [Trimethyl Lys37] 항체는 인간 Histone H3에 반응하며, BLAST 분석 결과 Human, Mouse, C. elegans와 교차 반응이 확인되었습니다.
Rat, Chicken, Xenopus, Drosophila, Plant 등에서도 100% 서열 상동성에 근거하여 반응이 예측됩니다.
다른 종의 Histone H3와의 교차 반응은 확인되지 않았습니다.
Target Information
Histone H3는 모든 진핵세포의 염색질 내 DNA 결합 단백질 중 하나로, 다른 핵심 히스톤 단백질들과 함께 뉴클레오솜 구조를 형성합니다.
히스톤은 전사 조절, DNA 수선, 복제, 염색체 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
H3의 N-말단 꼬리 부분은 다양한 번역 후 변형을 거쳐 세포 기능에 영향을 미치며,
라이신 및 아르기닌의 메틸화/아세틸화, 세린 및 트레오닌의 인산화 등이 포함됩니다.
