Product Specific Information

For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
c-Jun is a transcription factor that recognizes and binds to the enhancer heptamer motif 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'.
It promotes NR5A1 activity when phosphorylated by HIPK3, increasing steroidogenic gene expression upon cAMP pathway stimulation.
Involved in KRAS-mediated transcriptional activation of USP28 in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells.
