Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Human cytokeratins (1–20) vary in molecular weight (40–68 kDa) and isoelectric point (pH 4.9–7.8).
Expression patterns of cytokeratin subtypes are useful for distinguishing epithelial malignancies and assessing differentiation states.
Cytokeratin 19 is absent in hepatocytes, making it a valuable marker for identifying liver metastases.
Cytokeratin antibodies support tumor differential diagnosis via immunohistochemistry, cytopathology, and flow cytometry.
