Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

CD108 (Sema7A) is a GPI-anchored semaphorin family member that promotes central and peripheral axonal growth and is essential for proper axon tract formation during embryogenesis.
It also regulates osteoclast differentiation and pre-osteoblastic cell migration. In the immune system, CD108 influences cell proliferation, chemotaxis, and cytokine release.
On erythrocytes, CD108 defines the JMH (John-Milton-Hagen) human blood group. CD108 signals through its receptors, plexin C1 and β1 integrins.
