• Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size
• Ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week
• For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min)

Target Information

CCR2는 케모카인 수용체로, 단핵구/대식세포의 이동을 조절하며 염증 반응 시 발현이 증가합니다.
CCR2 다형성은 HIV-1 감염 저항성 또는 AIDS 진행 지연과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
CCR2의 리간드는 단핵구 화학유인 단백질(MCP-1)로, 내피세포, 평활근세포, 대식세포 등에 의해 생성됩니다.
MCP-1에 의한 단핵구 활성화는 죽상경화증, 류마티스 관절염, 폐포염, 종양 침윤 등 염증성 질환의 조직 침윤에 관여할 수 있습니다.
CCR2는 혈액, 뇌, 심장, 신장, 간, 폐, 난소, 췌장, 척수, 비장, 흉선, 혈관 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 류마티스 관절염 환자의 CD3+ 림프구에서 발현 증가가 보고되었습니다.
ESTs는 간/비장 및 전립선 라이브러리에서 분리되었습니다.
