SA1-10637 detects bovine immunoglobulin and does not cross-react with canine, equine, feline, rabbit, ovine, porcine, donkey, guinea pig, goat, or human.
SA1-10637 has been successfully used in ELISA applications.

Target Information
Anti-Bovine secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for bovine (cow, ox) immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting, or purification of their specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide increased versatility, enabling use with various detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence.
They offer enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification since multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
