Target Information
Apolipoprotein A-1 (apo A-1)은 인간 혈장에서 고밀도 지단백(HDL)의 주요 단백질 성분으로, 분자량은 약 24 kDa입니다. Apo A-1은 콜레스테롤 대사에 관여하는 효소의 보조인자로 작용하며, 간에서 생성됩니다. 혈장 내 농도는 270–380 mg/100 mL 범위입니다.
