Target Information
AK6는 넓은 특이성을 가지는 뉴클레오타이드 모노포스페이트(NMP) 키나아제로, 뉴클레오타이드 삼인산과 단인산 간의 인산기 전달을 촉매합니다. AMP와 dAMP가 주요 기질이며, CMP와 dCMP도 잘 반응합니다. IMP는 상대적으로 낮은 수준으로 인산화됩니다. ATP, GTP, UTP, CTP, dATP, dCTP, dGTP, TTP 등 다양한 뉴클레오타이드 삼인산을 인산기 공여체로 사용할 수 있습니다. CTP가 가장 우수한 공여체이며, 그 다음으로 UTP, ATP, GTP, dCTP 순입니다. 핵 내 에너지 항상성 유지 및 Cajal body(CB) 형성 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 ATPase 활성을 가집니다.
