Activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule (ALCAM; CD166)는 Ig 수퍼패밀리에 속하는 105 kDa 세포 표면 부착 단백질입니다. ALCAM은 다섯 개의 Ig 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 짧은 세포질 꼬리를 가지며, CD6과의 상호작용을 통해 세포 부착 및 이동에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 활성화된 T세포, B세포, 수지상세포, 흉선 상피세포 등 다양한 세포에서 발현되며, 줄기세포 분리 표지자로도 활용됩니다.
