Target Information
Protein S는 비타민 K 의존적 강력한 항응고성 혈장 당단백질로, 약 70 kDa의 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있습니다. 인간 혈장에서의 농도는 약 25 µg/mL이며 반감기는 약 2일입니다. 혈장 내 Protein S의 약 40%는 자유형으로 존재하고, 60%는 C4b-binding Protein (C4BP)과 복합체를 형성합니다. 자유형 Protein S만이 APC 의존적 Factor Va 및 Factor VIIIa의 분해 과정에서 보조인자로 작용합니다.
