사용 전 0.55 mL 탈이온수로 재용해 후 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해시킴.
원심분리로 입자를 제거하고, 매일 신선한 작동 희석액을 준비하여 사용 후 폐기.
제품은 완전 회수를 위해 과충전되어 있음.
면역전기영동 결과, 비면역글로불린 mouse serum immunoglobulins에 대한 반응성은 없음.
