Anti-Sheep 2차 항체는 양(ovine) 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 표적 단백질의 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 숙주 동물에 면역하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 추가 정제 및 변형 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성의 시약으로 제조됩니다.
