Product Specific Information

Clone MIL3 has been used in two-color flow cytometry with Mouse anti-Porcine CD14 antibody (clone MIL2) to distinguish between monocytes and granulocytes.

This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. If a precipitate is observed, centrifugation before use is recommended.

Target Information

SWC8 cell surface antigen is expressed by granulocytes, B cells, a subset of T cells, and some non-hematopoietic cells. Monocytes do not express SWC8.
This antigen currently has no identified human homolog.
