Target Information
SRPK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates both constitutive and alternative splicing by controlling the intracellular localization of splicing factors. It localizes to the nucleus and cytoplasm. A second alternatively spliced transcript variant has been described, though its full-length nature remains undetermined.
