Target Information
S100 단백질은 칼슘 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, calmodulin 및 troponin C와 유사한 구조적 특성을 가집니다.
S100A는 알파 및 베타 사슬로 구성되며, S100B는 두 개의 베타 사슬로 구성됩니다.
S100 단백질은 피부의 Langerhans 세포 및 림프절의 paracortex에 있는 interdigitating reticulum 세포 등 항원제시세포에서도 발현됩니다.
