Product Specific Information
Store the vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Centrifuge the product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only immediately prior to use.
Anti-Human NFKB2 p52 may react non-specifically with other proteins. The control peptide (code #100-4185p) competes only with the specific reaction of the antiserum with Human NFKB2 p52.
Target Information
The NFkB transcription factor was initially identified as a protein complex consisting of a DNA-binding subunit and an associated protein. The subunit is functionally related to c-Rel p75 and Rel B p68.
The p50 subunit, derived from the precursor p105, and the p52 subunit, derived from p100, are both DNA-binding components of NFkB. p52 acts synergistically with p65 to stimulate the HIV enhancer in transiently transfected Jurkat cells.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
