Target Information
Thrombin은 혈소판 응집 및 혈액 응고에 관여하는 세린 프로테아제입니다. 전구체인 프로트롬빈으로부터 절단되어 응고 연쇄 반응의 마지막 단계에서 피브리노겐을 피브린으로 전환합니다. 또한 세포 표면의 G-단백질 결합 수용체(PAR-1, PAR-2, PAR-3)를 활성화하여 조절 기능을 수행합니다.
