F-box 단백질은 SKP1-cullin-F-box(SCF) 복합체의 하위 단위로, 인산화 의존적 유비퀴틴화에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 Fbls 클래스에 속하며, F-box 외에도 여러 개의 연속된 leucine-rich repeat를 포함합니다.
