This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal clones for production.

Target Information
The IL18RAP gene encodes an accessory subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for IL18. This protein enhances IL18 binding activity of IL18R1 (IL1RRP), the ligand-binding subunit of the IL18 receptor. Coexpression of IL18R1 and IL18RAP is required for activation of NF-kappaB and MAPK8 (JNK) in response to IL18.
