Target Information
Raf-1 (c-Raf)은 Ras 패밀리 GTPase 하위에서 작용하는 MAP kinase kinase kinase (MAP3K)로, 직접 결합하여 활성화됩니다. 활성화된 Raf-1은 MEK1/2를 인산화하여 ERK1/2를 활성화시키며, 이는 세포 분열, 아포토시스, 분화, 이동 등 다양한 세포 생리 조절에 관여합니다.
이 유전자의 변이는 Noonan syndrome 5 및 LEOPARD syndrome 2와 관련이 있습니다.
