Target Information
IGF2BP1은 insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 4개의 K homology 도메인과 2개의 RNA recognition motif을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 insulin-like growth factor 2, beta-actin, beta-transducin repeat-containing protein 등의 mRNA에 결합하여 번역을 조절합니다. 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
