Target Information
ADAM9은 ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 세포 간 및 세포-기질 상호작용에 관여합니다. 수정, 근육 발달, 신경 발생 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에서 역할을 하며, SH3 도메인 함유 단백질과 상호작용하고 mitotic arrest deficient 2 beta 단백질과 결합합니다. 또한 TPA에 의해 유도되는 막 결합형 heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor의 ectodomain shedding에 관여합니다.
