This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The GRB7 gene encodes a growth factor receptor-binding protein that interacts with receptor tyrosine kinases such as EGFR and ephrin receptors. It plays a key role in integrin signaling and cell migration by binding focal adhesion kinase (FAK). Multiple transcript variants exist, with at least two full-length isoforms identified.
