Target Information
SPRYD4 (SPRY domain-containing protein 4)는 SPRY 도메인을 포함하는 단백질군의 구성원으로, SPRY 도메인은 처음에는 진균 Dictyostelium discoideum의 tyrosine kinase spore lysis A에서 발견되었습니다. 대부분의 시스템에서 SPRY 도메인은 조절 단백질 결합 부위 또는 단백질 구조적 안정성을 유지하는 내부 결합 부위를 제공합니다. SPRYD4는 신장, 뇌, 방광, 흉선 및 위에서 풍부하게 발현되며, 그 기능에 대해서는 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않습니다.
