Image-iT Plant Tissue Clearing Reagent는 전체 식물 조직을 광학적으로 투명하게 만들어 이미징을 가능하게 하는 시약입니다. 투명화된 조직은 Image-iT Plant Tissue Hard-Set Mountant를 사용하여 장기 보존 및 이미징용으로 마운트할 수 있습니다.
형광 기반 및 발색 기반 실험 모두에 호환되며, 전통적으로 사용되던 chloral hydrate를 대체할 수 있는 효과적인 솔루션입니다.

제품 설명

식물 조직은 다양한 굴절률을 가진 구조로 인해 빛의 산란과 구면수차가 발생하여 불투명하게 보입니다.
Image-iT Plant Tissue Clearing Reagent는 굴절률 1.45로 빛의 산란을 최소화하여 조직의 광학적 투명성을 향상시키며, 더 깊은 층까지 이미징할 수 있습니다.

기존에 사용되던 chloral hydrate는 규제 물질(Schedule IV)로 분류되어 취급이 까다롭지만, 본 제품은 거의 모든 투명화 응용 분야에서 이를 대체할 수 있습니다.

이 시약과 Image-iT Plant Tissue Hard-Set Mountant는 Visikol™ for Plant Biology™ 및 Visikol™ Mount를 기반으로 하며, 다양한 형광 및 발색 연구에서 그 효능이 입증되었습니다.
