Target Information
PIK3C3 (hVPS34)는 PI3 Kinase 계열의 유일한 class III 멤버로, phosphatidylinositol (PI)을 인산화하여 phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate [PI(3)P]를 생성합니다. 이는 FYVE 및 Phox 도메인을 가진 하위 효과기 단백질을 막으로 유도합니다. PIK3C3는 mTOR와의 영양 신호 전달, 자가포식(autophagy), 세포 내 수송 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 분해성 엔도사이토시스 경로 조절 및 세포질 분리(cytokinesis) 단계에서의 abscission 과정에 필수적입니다. 리소좀 효소 전구체의 수송에도 관여하며, 초기 엔도좀에서 후기 엔도좀으로의 수송에 필요합니다.
