Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening of individual clones to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase, along with ZAP70, considered a potential drug target for allergic and autoimmune disorders, and may also play a role in cancer.
Upon B cell antigen receptor (BCR) or high-affinity IgE receptor (FcεRI) activation, Syk translocates to the plasma membrane and phosphorylates downstream adaptor proteins, providing docking sites for signaling cascades such as calcium mobilization, cytoskeleton remodeling, and gene transcription.
Syk interacts with receptor assemblies via its SH2 domains binding to phosphorylated ITAM motifs, which are modified by Src-family kinases that also activate Syk through phosphorylation of its activation loop.
