Laminin은 기저막의 비콜라겐 단백질로, 회전 음영 관찰 시 십자형 구조를 가지며 한 개의 긴 팔(400 kD)과 세 개의 짧은 팔(200 kD)로 구성됩니다. Laminin에 대한 항체는 기저막에만 국한되어 있으며, 특히 세포막 인접부의 lamina lucida에서 강한 반응을 보입니다. Laminin은 type IV collagen과 결합하며, 세포 부착 및 부착 관련 연구에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
