This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Reg IV is part of the regenerating gene family within the C-type lectin superfamily, involved in liver, pancreatic, gastric, and intestinal cell proliferation and differentiation.
It is a 158-amino acid secretory protein implicated in cell regeneration and survival, with growth-stimulating effects on pancreatic beta cells.
Highly expressed in colorectal, gastric, prostate, and other cancers, Reg IV-positive tumor cells display diverse phenotypes including mucus-secreting, enterocyte-like, and undifferentiated forms.
