Target Information
GPLD1은 다양한 조직과 세포에서 발현되며, GPI-anchored 단백질을 특이적으로 절단합니다. 간은 GPI-PLD 발현 수준이 가장 높은 기관으로, 혈청 내 GPLD1의 주요 공급원입니다. GPLD1은 혈청 내에서 apolipoproteins AI 및 AIV와 결합되어 존재하며, 인슐린 저항성과 고중성지방혈증과 관련이 있습니다. 많은 표면 단백질은 GPI 앵커를 통해 세포막에 부착되어 있으며, GPLD1에 의한 GPI 절단은 이들 단백질의 세포 표면 부착 또는 세포외 방출 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
