Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

EDG7 (LPAR3) is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family and the EDG protein family.
It acts as a cellular receptor for lysophosphatidic acid and mediates calcium mobilization.
This receptor primarily couples to G(q/11) alpha proteins.
Expression has been reported in human prostate and in rodent brain, kidney, lung, placenta, prostate, and testis.
ESTs have been isolated from normal prostate and cancer libraries of head/neck, ovary, and thyroid.
