Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The VAPA gene encodes a type IV membrane protein located in the plasma membrane and intracellular vesicles. It may be associated with the cytoskeleton and involved in vesicle trafficking, membrane fusion, protein complex assembly, and cell motility. Alternative splicing produces two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
