Target Information
Haptoglobin은 간에서 합성되는 α2-globulin 혈장 단백질로, 급성기 단백질이며 용혈된 적혈구로부터 헤모글로빈을 제거하는 스캐빈저 역할을 합니다. Haptoglobin 단량체는 두 개의 α 및 두 개의 β 사슬로 구성되며, α 사슬은 hp1Fa, hp1Sa, 또는 hp2a 유형일 수 있고 β 사슬은 일정합니다. 세 가지 주요 표현형(HP1-1, HP2-1, HP2-2)이 존재하며, hp1a 사슬은 F 또는 S 타입일 수 있습니다.
