Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

MALT1/Paracaspase (MALT1)는 인간 paracaspase 패밀리의 구성원으로 B-cell lymphoma와 상호작용하는 단백질입니다.
MALT1은 N-말단 death domain, 두 개의 Ig-like domain, 그리고 C-말단 caspase-like domain을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 Bcl10과 결합하여 NF-kappaB를 활성화하는 데 관여합니다.
