- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NKp30, NKp46, and NKp80 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <1.5 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
CD336 (also known as NKp44 or NCR2) is a 44-kDa transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family.
It contains an ITIM domain in the cytoplasmic tail and requires association with DAP12, an ITAM-containing transmembrane accessory protein, for expression and NK cell activation.
Originally thought to be expressed only on IL-2-activated NK cells and certain T lymphocytes, CD336 is also found on IL-3-stimulated plasmacytoid dendritic cells, intestinal epithelial T cells, and cord blood T cells.
It plays a key role in innate immune responses against viral infections and tumor proliferation.
