Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Neuropilin-2 and 25% with recombinant rat Neuropilin-2 are observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Neuropilin-1.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
Neuropilin 2 (NRP2) encodes a member of the neuropilin receptor family.
This transmembrane protein binds to SEMA3C and SEMA3F proteins and interacts with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
It may play roles in cardiovascular development, axon guidance, and tumorigenesis.
Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
