Dysferlin은 2p13 유전자에서 발현되는 단백질로, Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy type 2B (LGMD2B) 및 Miyoshi Myopathy (MM) 환자에서 결함이 보고됩니다. 정상 근육에서는 세포막에 위치하며, LGMD2B 및 MM 환자에서는 돌연변이에 따라 면역반응성이 감소하거나 소실됩니다.
