- Recommended positive controls: 293T, A431, H1299, HeLa, HepG2, Molt-4, Raji, mouse brain, PGK1 shRNA-transfected 293T.

Target Information
Also known as ATP:3-phosphoglycerate 1-phosphotransferase. Studies have shown that the plasmin reductase isolated from conditioned medium of fibrosarcoma cells is the glycolytic enzyme phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK1). It functions not only in glycolysis but is also secreted by tumor cells, participating in the angiogenic process as a disulfide reductase.
