Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

BBOX1 encodes gamma butyrobetaine hydroxylase, an enzyme catalyzing the formation of L-carnitine from gamma-butyrobetaine — the final step in the L-carnitine biosynthetic pathway.
Carnitine is essential for the transport of activated fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane during beta-oxidation.
