For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Sarcomere assembly is regulated by the muscle protein titin, a giant elastic protein with kinase activity. Titin acts as a scaffold for myofibrils and muscle-related proteins.
The MYOZ1 gene encodes a protein found in striated and cardiac muscle that binds to titin Z1–Z2 domains and serves as a substrate for titin kinase—interactions critical for sarcomere assembly.
Mutations in this gene are associated with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2G.
