Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SAMSN (HACS1) belongs to a family of adaptor and scaffold proteins containing SH3 and SAM (sterile alpha motif) domains.
It encodes a 441 amino acid protein expressed in hematopoietic cells and certain malignancies such as myeloid leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
SAMSN expression is upregulated by B cell activation and participates in B cell activation and differentiation.
It functions as an immunoinhibitory adaptor and may serve as a potential target for immune suppression therapy.
