Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
RCL was identified based on its stimulation by c-Myc protein, a transcription factor involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Although the exact function of RCL is not fully known, studies in rat suggest a role in cellular proliferation and c-Myc-mediated transformation.
