Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
P504S/AMACR (α-Methylacyl-CoA Racemase)는 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화 과정에서 필수적인 효소입니다.
면역조직화학 염색 결과, P504S 단백질은 양성 전립선 조직에서는 발현되지 않으나 전립선 선암(prostatic adenocarcinoma)에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. 또한 전립선의 두 가지 전암 병변인 고등급 전립선 상피내종양(high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia, PIN)과 비정형 선종성 과형성(atypical adenomatous hyperplasia)에서도 발현이 관찰됩니다.
